Iroh is by far the best character in an animated series I have ever seen. I love that it is a show for kids. I watched it with my daughter and she loved iroh so much. If everyone had an iroh in their family, world would be a better place. Ps: Iroh won by K.o. In the first round 😬

I LOVE that we agree on Michael Sheen in this movie. I think this is the point where I fell in love with him as an actor. He just completely stole the show and towered above every other performance. Talk about uneven casting. (Aside from that, he's lovely. Had the pleasure of working with him ^^)

Stan : Huh? But you just got dumped. Butters : Well yeah, and I'm sad, but at the same time I'm really happy that something could make me feel that sad. It's like, it makes me feel alive, you know? It makes me feel human. And the only way I could feel this sad now is if I felt somethin' really good before. So I have to take the bad with the good, so I guess what I'm feelin' is like a, beautiful sadness. I guess that sounds stupid.

actually 🤓☝️ "golubushka" is a real word (голубушка), literally it means "female pigeon" (голубка), but with the addition of a diminutive suffix and is often used in the meaning of "sweetheart" or "my dear" and something like that

What’s amazing about the dinner scene is if you look really closely, you can see Harold and Shrek’s eyes twitching before they grab the pig so show how angry they are. That was a hilarious and amazingly implemented detail I think a lot of people may have missed when first watching it.

I'm loving those movies and wonder how much therapy can be interpreted into animals with humanistic expressions of themselves. Love the your guys' work so much!

I really loved this movie. I was 19 when it came out and was so inspired, I almost went into teaching. And I really thought it was a call to my generation, which was still living in the shadow of our parents, and had yet to find our voice. But then I realized, it wasn't. It was for the Boomers. We could observe, maybe learn something, but the message wasn't for us. I don't know if Gen X will ever get our movie.

10:43 Goofy is a toxic dad, especially at the start -- you listed a plethora of reasons and strategies that could have been employed to foster better communication! The most appalling thing Goofy said was "I don't want you to end up in the electric chair" as if a narcissistic authoritarian parasitic principle has any bearing on Max's personality at all. Goofy should have realized who Max intrinsically was. You can go off on developing brains all you want, but Max is correct in wanting to stay home and have a normal development for his early adulthood. I will hear you out and I watched this with my own dad back in the day, so I know things do work out in the end, but that doesn't dismiss Goofy's asshatery nor my own fathers abuse.

I believe that this movie was purely for money and art as a movie goes, it was loosely based on a far away illness, those are actors and acting, not really based on true reality, its a Hollywood movie, chur the movies for money, little is looked at for actually, actual. The big movie makers don't care on the reality side, after all its a movie, no retrospect on any real reality, just a movie, as i think not one watched this movie and believe it, just as someone watched jurassic park and thinks it real, not much movies are based on it real life, it is after all "A movie', some are loose, based, a movie is to take you away to that movie * draw you in like this vid, your drawn, the movie is great and great character s, after all it us a movie, a narrative designed, a structure book, light, performance and sound and plot design to manipulation of the viewing, besides its complicated, its still a movie, made up or based slightly on a real life happy
